One and a half months to go and counting down to the end of my Invisalign treatment. My year as Miss Michigan has come to an end almost a month ago. It wasn’t long before I found a new adventure. This week I began a new job working for the Detroit Tigers. I was very nervous to begin a new job where I would be on a regular basis. This change was very different because for the past year I had become accustom to a new place, new people and different place every day. My coworkers would now see me on a regular basis and I was self-conscious that they would judge me because of my “retainers”. I am happy to report that many of them do not even notice. The few coworkers that have taken notice are surprisingly curious and have asked questions about the process. They have the same concern about their smile as I had almost a year ago. After sharing with them my story and how easy and accommodating the Invisalign process is, they are considering getting it themselves.
